Schedule Lessons/Meetings/Etc:

Schedule a time with Sis C or Sis Kristen

You can schedule up to two fifteen minutes session at a time. However, the system currently doesn't allow these to be back to back sessions (it forces you to schedule your second session on a different day).
 

To get around this, schedule "back to back sessions" one at a time.

📣 MUSIC DEPARTMENT REMINDERS

🎤 Praise Singers & Choir
Praise singers are scheduled for Sunday mornings and Tuesdays, but everyone is needed for choir on Sunday nights. Let’s all be ready to jump in! 🙌🏽

🎸 Bass Players
As we continue growing together, we’ll use the times you’re scheduled for bass as opportunities to practice and develop. When scheduled, please play during music practice, but hold off on playing during service until you’re given the “go-ahead.” 🎶 We want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to grow and feels prepared before playing during service.

Music practice begins at 4:45 PM. Remember, devotion and prayer are part of music practice, so we need you there from the beginning! ❤️

⏰ Being On Time Matters
When you’re scheduled, other people are counting on you. From service leaders to musicians, praise singers, and everyone in between, let’s make being on time for practice a priority. ⏱️

📱 Music Department Messages
The majority voted to continue receiving music information by text message through Elvanto. If we send something, we’re depending on you to read it and stay informed. 👀📲

🎹 Tuesday Keyboard Musicians — Coming Soon!
We’re working on a way to help our Tuesday keyboard musicians feel more prepared before Tuesday night service. 🙌🏽 It may take us a little time to iron out all the details, but something is in the works! 👀🎹

I realize our new software has serval components that may appear overwhelming at first. A few have asked for "mini tutorials" and perhaps these could help everyone. :-)
